Just received an unrequested surprise from EDF who supply my gas.
On my direct debit review date my account was £260 in credit, so they automatically refunded it to my bank account, leaving my monthly DD as it was and my account balance @ zero.
This is quite different to how E.On Next do things. Which do you think is the better way to treat customers?
Current Eon Next and EDF customer, ex Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
