Hi - how the heck do I actually speak to someone ?!
I arranged for smart meter to be fitted today - had no confirmation text this morning so possibly waiting for nothing .
have also been on hold on phone for 725 years and am withering away .
Phone only gives 2 options - neither of which relevant to me - so am holding in hope that when I do get through - I can be transferred-
getting v close to the head butting wall stage now -
