Yet again, very young person, trying their best but they dont know what they are doing.
Every single time I call after holding for ages I speak to someone who is new to my case, and I have to explain things all over again to someone with no knowledge or understanding of what it is they are supposed to be doing.
They keep going away for 10, 20, 30 minutes to "talk to a manager" who never speaks to me directly.
@MAW I am so sorry to hear about your experience. Have you tried to get in touch with us perhaps in a different way apart from the phone ? I know that depending on the time and days sometimes our phone lines can be very busy.
