Have a look at a couple of recent bills. Not the summary ones, but the full pdf versions. May be some info on there about the tariff change. Possibly due to the EBSS and price caps.Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. @garyfrog
the lowest normal single tariff under the energy price guarantee is about 34p inclusive of VAT.
on economy 7, the daytime rate should be much higher than 34p, and the nighttime rate much lower. Whereas for single rate tariffs I can work out the correct regional tariff rate from the OFGEM price caps, adjusted for the EPG discount, it’s not possible to do the same for E7, because suppliers have the ability to set the day and night rates a bit more independently, so the suppliers do have different prices from one another and E.On Next don’t make it easy to discover their prices.
All I can say is that your rate looks too low for a day time E7. When did it go down and what region are you in?Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless. -

You have a fixed rate E7 deal, so I think the tariff has just been tweaked down a little in line with the EPG. No worries...it's legit👍
