Hi, I've seen other people with the same issue in this section, wondering if anyone can take a look at mine too.
Electric meter readings don't seem to be sending readings but gas is. Electric and gas both appear on the IHD fine, but electricity not sending through to EON it would seem. I've taken a picture of everything I could think of to help...

It all looks good to me and the fact the gas is sending readings means the comms hub is working and your IHD appears to be playing nicely, so I suspect the issue is with E.On Next getting info via DCC.
Can you please try running the Citizens Advice smart meter checker, just to make sure both your meters are visible on the wider network?

Ok, the only other thing I can suggest to look at is your meter preferences in the app or online. I think you can change your metering preferences between quarterly, monthly, daily and half hourly. Try changing the preferences to daily or half hourly, or vice versa and see if that has any effect.
That's the only thing that may be tweaked at your end. The system is indeed active and working.
Also, while you are in your account or app, just check that E.On Next do indeed have the correct meter serial number for your electric meter. Your serial number is the one on the Landis and Gyr unit, starting 19L5...
The issue seems to be with E.On Next, and not your actual kit, or the links to DCC.

I've got half-hourly selected in the settings, also saw this banner message when I logged into the website (normally use the app on my phone) saying we are having trouble getting meter readings... not sure if this is automated, as I haven't given any meter readings in ages or if it is picking up on an issue somewhere? The links to help just send me round in circles and mention things I've already tried

If it tells you they are not getting readings, then the issue is most likely something at their end, as DCC can clearly access your meters. Suggest trying to change to daily readings for a couple of days, then revert back to half hourly, just in case that triggers anything on E.On Next's back end.
Meanwhile drop an email to hi@connect.com with all your details and Smart Meter Issue in the subject line and I'll tag @Anasa_EONNext & @Han_EONNext.
They may be able to kick someone in the metering department to get someone to investigate further, but I can't promise anything. -
I've just switched it to daily readings. Fingers crossed. Appreciate all your help :) I'll drop them an email when I've a spare 10mins. Thank you again

@MonsieurRoo It does look like everything is working as it should, so it may just be an issue of your meter readings not coming through on your account, so you may not be able to see any Smart readings on your bills for the electricity at least, anyway.
If you could email hi@eonnext.com like @retrotecchie has said above, this will be picked up and there should be no issue in getting the reads to come through again 😊 it may take a couple of weeks until the Smart Team are able to get this working again on your account, so for now please continue to enter meter readings online for the electricity until they start coming through to us automatically again.Cool 😎 Calm 😌 Collected 🙌 - Here to help, or just for a chat if you like!
