In mid October we were fitted with new smart meters smets2. Given a Smartview2 IHD, device that is so small and illegible as to render it useless. I want detailed usage information, so I purchased an ivie bud. I have set it up correctly and it is showing connected to everything. However, it is not displaying any usage information that is being sent to the DCC. Previously I had used the Hugo app and I was able to see some electricity usage but no gas. I would like someone to try and get my usage data onto my ivie bud. Anyone know what the problem might be?

I know that smart meters can usually take 6-8 weeks from installation to actually work properly and communicate with the IHD. Perhaps our smart meter and IHD volunteer expert @theunknowntech can advise on this one.

The ivie Bud should be able to show usage data, but it may take some time to retrieve everything. It's also probably a bit too soon for things to work yet. Try giving it more time! :)
