The same thing appeared on my bill - I was told it was because I had a business address ( which I don’t!) so therefore not eligible… was told to forward proof of domestic address, like a council tax bill. I emailed this but haven’t heard anything yet.
My home is also registered as a business address, but that should have no bearing on matters. As long as you have a domestic energy account, you shouldn't have the eligibility issue.
