i can’t submit meter readings for both gas and electric reading’s on online account. When I log in only my electric account appears but I also have a gas account and can’t seem to get into it online anywhere.
Are you sure they're both linked to the same email address? Try logging in and doing password resets with any other email addresses you have just in case. I'm only a forum volunteer so I can't access anything myself though.
Otherwise, you'll probably want to try and use another method to get the readings in. I think there's an automated phone system you can try for that which is in my forum signature.
