The WAN LED on smart meter is continually blinking. Consequently no data is being transmitted. I have reported this through customer service but have had no response.
Any ideas on how I can fix, or does it require a technical intervention?
If you can post some photos of your meter, comms hub and IHD then @theunknowntech may be able to help. Also can you post what the other LEDs on the comms hub are doing so as to give a complete picture to assist diagnosis.
I'm an Eon Next dual fuel customer with no particular expertise but have some time on my hands that I am using to try and help out a bit.
If the WAN LED is blinking faster than all the others, you have a WAN failure. Only DCC is capable of fixing this, but you have to go via your supplier. I'm afraid there's nothing I can do in those cases.
