On the 27th May I first notified EON that my Smartmeter has not shown the gas display, electricity display is fine. I have chased several times via WhatsApp with out a resolution just saying it's can take up to 8 weeks to resolve...we are now at 13 weeks, I've attached photos for assistance.

Can you see the five green lights above the electric meter, marked SW, WAN, MESH, HAN and GAS? Please can you tell me what they're doing. I'll use those to help with diagnostics. -

Level 7806-09-22Sounds like the basics are working then. I'll try asking @Bennie_EONNext to grab a meter reading from that gas meter as a test.

07-09-22@theunknowntech thank you for the tag, @MCCuser thank you for the pictures, I will try and reconnect the display and see if I can pull readings to see if the meters seem to be working correctly. Have you changed tariffs recently?

Level 307-09-22@Bennie_EONNext thanks, no I haven't recently changed tariffs, I was transferred over to EON when Igloo energy went into administration last year, but the gas display continued to show until May, let me know if you need any other information.
