Since being moved over to eon next (from the 'old' eon), my In home display hasnt updated with our latest tariffs (gas or electricity), nor has my electricity meter been sending any readings to Eon. My Gas meter however is still sending readings.
We moved over around this time last year. Spoken to Eon on numerous occasions and they have just told me that it will be fixed within a few weeks - a year later and still nothing.
Sounds like two issues here. I can try to ask @PeterT_EONNext to fix both of them however. My initial diagnosis is that the read schedule got wiped out and the SMETS Command to update tariff data didn't run. Easy fixes though!
