Sadly my father-in-law has just passed away. The energy account is in his name. My mother-in-law will continue to live at the address. How do we transfer the account into her name?
I'm sorry for your loss. In these circumstances, I'd recommend discussing this with customer service as they should be able to either close down the existing account, or transfer control depending on what's best.
