My Electricty Smart meter hasn’t sent any readings since March 22. I have tried resetting as per troubleshooting instructions to no avail

Looks like you've got a Comms Hub for the Nothern Territory there. Could you tell me what the WAN and HAN lights on it are doing please?

Both WAN and HAN lights flash every 8-10 seconds

Can you give https://smartmetercheck.citizensadvice.org.uk/ a shot and tell me what you get? This is part of my diagnostics now that myself and my friends can finally rely on it being reasonably accurate!

Let me know what you get from that tool. It'll help me to figure out your options

I have run this tool which basically confirms it is running in Smart mode, that it’s SMETS2 and my supplier is Eon. More worryingly I have just noted the meter reading hasn’t changed in the last 4 weeks

Do you mean the meter reading on the meter itself hasn't budged?

Ok, in that case it sounds like the meter has failed. Please get in touch with customer service and send them a link to this thread. They'll need to arrange for the meter to be replaced to get the show back on the road again.

Let them know I sent you, it should reduce some of the back and forth.
