Not getting any bills

    Hi,

    Why since I was moved from Symbio to Eon next I'm not getting any bills. I must beg for them but still nothing. So what I must do to start getting bills like everyone else. DD going out every month no problem but I don't know what I'm paying for. Can you fix this or is this mission impossible for you?

    Hi @Val27 Anasa here 👋 Welcome to the Community! I'm sorry to hear that you've not been getting bills there could be a few reasons for this but I'd start with making sure you've provided us with reads via your online account and if an error flags up when trying to enter them give us a call and we could look into this.

    Another reason could be if you have a smart meter we've lost connection and not getting your reads through any longer. To get this sorted if entering reads online does not work then please get in touch with one of our Digi Energy Specialist who will be happy to get this sorted for you 😊
