hi my tariff ends tomorrow i just went on my account to renew to a new one but it has already been renewed to a different tariff without my say. i have emailed eon and they replied and asked for my name but i didnt have a reply after that. first of all how can they renew/change my tariff without my permission and also how do i get this sorted. i am unable to cancel the new tariff and choose which one i want. thanks

I'm Deb one of the community co-ordinators, I'm sorry you didn't get a reply to your email. When your tariff is due for renewal if you don't renew before the end of the tariff then you will automatically be placed on our standard variable tariff by default. You can change this at any point, if you are unable to do this online I would recommend you contact one of our energy specialists and they will be able to help you get on to the tariff that best suits your needs.
