I had my smart meter installed on Friday and initially everything was OK before the guy left.
I plugged in the smart meter to charge it up and the screen froze. Found the battery compartment and popped out the battery and replaced it and the meter looked fine.
Now I'm being charged 1000x more for gas than I should be. Currently since Friday I've being charged £4158.82, the gas meter is £4.15
I've checked online and it looks like the smart meter has not submitted any readings, which I've done manually to at least make sure my account is accurate before it sends an inflated figure to Eon.
Any help would be much appreciated
