No smart meter readings for both gas and electric have been sent since the change to eonnext.
No problems each month with eon.
Last smart meter reading was in February, now being asked to send in manual readings.
Is it possible someone can look into this problem.
Your meters should have migrated by now, but I've got tricks up my sleeve for this. Firstly, can you show me photos of your meters please? This helps me a lot to identify potential options.
