I’ve spoken to @leannet41 earlier on (as well as listening to their phone call, and can confirm that the individual they had spoken to in customer services wasn’t too aware of the Community or what to do with their issue)

Feedback has been given on this so this doesn’t happen again. I’m working with the Smart Team to get @leannet41’s issue resolved as soon as possible.
