Hi can any one help me since I I have changed over to eon next my balance has not updated in the app my top ups also not showing on balance and my gas has no payment history. I have done 2 payments of 80 pound and they not showing in electric balance Thanks in advance
The moderators told me this should be fixed now. Can you check the app and let me know if this is still a problem please?
