Linking accounts

    Hi
    Previously I had two separate accounts - a FiT account and an Energy account covering gas & electric.

    A few wks ago a new portal EonNext was launched and I was informed my accounts will now be in a single place. So last I logged into the energy account it says this has moved on to EonNext. But when I log into EonNext, I can not find my energy account - only the Fit - which means I have been unable to update my energy readings or access my energy bills.

    Does anyone at Eon read these messages to assist?

    I am sorry that you have had trouble finding your other account! Linking them is a pretty easy process, you would have to get in touch with our energy specialists with this one. To do this give them a call on: 0808 501 5200, email us at: hi@eonnext.com or by messaging via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram - if you just let them know what is wrong and your address they will get things sorted for you.
