I want to upgrade to a fully electric car.
and I have some questions as follow:
1. can I upgrade to 3-Phase? If yes what's the cost.
2. I have no driveway at my property, we have permit holders parking spaces, no experience on how I can do that I have contacted Newham council many times and always told me to send emails but no one replies to the emails.

Upgrading to Three-Phase is possible but it'll cost somewhere around £325 to do. You'll need to contact customer service to make the arrangements and give them a heads up about the parking permits.
Let me guess... Newham Council uses that terrible MiPermit system? Yeah... It's a trash system and I hate dealing with it. I don't drive myself, but I've helped out way too many people with that broken piece of rubbish. It needs to be massively improved.
