I'm still waiting to have a smart meter fitted. The APP does not ever offer any time slots after filling in all the information. I had a representative call me up 2 weeks ago to arrange a time slot, but we got cut off while she checked for appointment times. She also never called back. Trying to phone Eon is impossible with wait times that go on for hours. I need to move supplier that can action a simple task
