I'll have been with Eon Next for 5 months on the 7th and still haven't had a bill yet.
Eon next are taking money, firstly £184.53 a week or so ago and then seemingly falsifying my account as that entry has been removed and a new charge has been added of £261.27 dated the 28th Feb.
Is this even legal, just taking debiting the account without a bill?
With the outrageous increases pending I really want to know where I am bill-wise!

I've tried phoning many times before and only received promises things would be sorted and then weren't.
Also, sent a DM on twitter regarding a smart meter issue last Thursday at 10.18 and haven't received any reply other than a, 'sorry we're busy' generic type of thing.
There's a private message system on these forums. Why can't they be used?

I'm kind of in the same boat. Been with Eon Next since Sept last year and only had one gas bill despite emails every month saying my next payment is due?
