I have been transferred from Symbio on 28 Nov 2021, and I have submitted two-meter readings: one for Dec 2021, one for 11th Feb 2022, however, I never received any bills from E-on next.
I think @PeterT_EONNext might be able to fix this. I'll see if he's around for you.

Another thing, I didn't receive £30 credits: on 22 March, your colleague called me to cancel the smart meter appointment due to your engineer cannot make it on time. She said £30 will be added to my account. Could you please help to look at this as well?

I've issued this now, you should have an email. I've also applied the £30 credit to your account - this will be present in your account transactions and will show on your next bill.
Hi @Melissa396 - I'm sorry to see that you hadn't received a statement yet either. There was a hold on your statement as there seemed to be an issue locating your gas reading from 3rd October when you were moved over from your previous supplier to us - I've issued your statement now and you should receive an email shortly when this is ready to view online.
