Smart meter has not sent any gas readings since October 2021. Electricity readings are being sent each month no problem. Any reason why this is happening & how it can be fixed ?

The most likely reason at the moment is due to a technical issue with E.On Next, causing read schedules to get wiped out and not applied properly. I'll ask @DebF_EONNext to see if she can re-apply a Monthly read schedule for you. If you'd like Half-Hourly or Daily mode instead, please feel free to mention it.Just another guy passing by... My meter was not sending gas readings since changing over to Eon_Next and new tariff, then after submitting a manual reading it then worked ok for a while but it's now not sending again. -
Level 123-02-22Exact same problem here. Electricity smart meter working well but having to do manual readings from the gas meter which is a big pain! Would appreciate a schedule fix as well if possible. Many thanks in advance!
