My current tariff is ending, its Fix Online V43, Ive received an email from Eon to say they can give me a cheaper tariff, Next Flex. However this cheapest tariff is more expensive than my current tariff.
Can anyone advise, will I continue paying the same amount on Fix Online V43 if I dont change tariff or will the prices go up to something else?
I'm afraid the tariff you're currently on is no longer available and you can't stay on it once it runs out. If you don't make any other choices, you'll automatically move to the variable rate tariff and the rates for this will be based on whatever the active rates are at any given time - be advised that variable rate tariffs do not lock in the rates at all and can change at anytime. Chances are it'll also be more expensive as well.
