I was transferred from Igloo to E.ON Next on 3 October but still haven't received a bill. Surely it shouldn't be taking this long to get the billing process underway...
I've called E.ON twice and on both occasions was told to wait. Last time I called, which was more than a month ago, I was told that a bill would be issued shortly. However, I still haven't received one (online or by post).
Has anyone got any advice or news? I'm getting a bit worried that I'll be hit with a massive bill out of the blue at some point.

@dsrm So... the bad news is that I can't fix this immediately for you as we are missing some information that should of been passed over from Igloo. The good news however, is that I have reprocessed the request for that information and it will be with us hopefully within a week. I have popped a reminder on your account to get back in touch with you a week Monday. I hope that's okay?
