When I looked at my gas meter to check credit had gone through I have £34 on it and the display says on but when I go to put heating on or run the hot water you can hear it trying to fire up but after a few minutes it shows the error code on the boiler. I did what was suggest to me as someone said it could be my outside pipe frozen due to cold weather but no luck turned heating system off left for a bit it still nothing . Pressure still ok but my boiler is still giving me error code and I’m still without heating or hot water

I'm not an expert on this subject, but I can try to help you figure this out. Please could you tell me the make and model of the boiler, along with the error code you're seeing. Photos of all your meters (including a few that clearly show the display while it's lit up) and the boiler would also be great. Once I have those, I'll see what I can do.
