Have tried contacting the help line number twice today but no idea where in the queue I am and had to drop the call for a business call.
Can someone tell me if I can have a new smart meter? I had one with First Utility but moved to Igloo as part of a trial for Vehicle to Grid chargers. Now the IHD is giving info but hugely inflated prices which do not match my tariff. Also I cannot use it to provide meter readings.
Can the meter be changed or the MPAN supplied so that EONNext can "see" my meters?
I can probably help you there to some degree. Please could you post some photos of your current meters and IHD for me? I can help you figure this out from there.

Moved to Igloo and my Electricity meter is able to be read by them without any need to bug them for over a year. The gas meter will be working in a couple of weeks and is providing historical data even though it's a SMETS1 Secure...Goodbye Eon-Next, I won't be pursuing this line any further...
