Hi can anyone help, I am trying to register my Q6 in the next connect app stuck at the complete your registration section , keep getting the we are unable to register your Ev pop up. I have tried and started over multiple times.
One of the requirements I've seen is that "location services" need to be enabled on the car.
This is a big longshot and could be totally irrelevant, but one generic issue that can happen with apps trying to connect to devices using Bluetooth LowEnergy is connection fails if location services are not on.
I doubt that this is the connection method being used (presumably it's over 4G using the car's in built SIM), however the resultant connection failure could be for a similar reason.
I'm sure somebody else solved their connection problem when they found the required option in the "settings" screen in their car.
