if it’s an old style meter you might have to submit some readings manually. If it’s a working smart meter (communications are working as intended) you shouldn’t need to do anything but again submitting manual readings should do the trick.Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and think the smart meter programme is a waste of our money. Chronologically Gifted. If not we would need a little more info for instance have you set up your account since moving in, it might sound silly but some people don't set up their account and it could still be in the previous owners name with no updated info 🙈
If you have set up your account, the next thing I would ask like @meldrewreborn has said - are they smart meters? If so it may be that we have lost communication and not getting your readings. If it's a traditional meter have you sent us some readings yet?
If your meter is communicating or you've been sending readings the next thing I would ask is are you on a time of use tariff such as Next Drive or Next Smart Saver etc as it's possible we haven't had all your half hourly data so have been unable to send a bill.

@DebF_EONNext hi there , I have asked to be put on a smart meter from the very first day of moving in. Said there was a problem with connection to get readings do still haven’t got one. Still haven’t received a bill , now got nearly £900 in credit. Have had long chats online and several phone calls but nothing resolved. Still have 2 meters on my account .Again several long chats and phone calls and still not removed the obsolete meter. At one point one of the chats the person said eon didn’t supply electricity to my address!! Not bothered any more, you keep taking the money and I’ll keep using the electricity and when my contract is up I’ll leave
