Hi - Why do you not support Kia EV3 as it was announced back in Feb 2025 as the UK Car of the Year 2025 (not just best electric car) and then 2 weeks ago was announced as World Car of the Year 2025 (again not just electric car). We have a smart EV charger (upgraded from our old 2017 charger) and a Kia EV3, but yet we still can't get onto your Next Drive Smart V4 tariff. Why not? and if there are plans When? Your customer service person couldn't provide a response.

I'm guessing that an accessible vehicle API wasn't part of the Car of the Year criteria! (Nor having a reliable ICCU...)
None of the Kia / Hyundai platform cars are supported by smart tariffs from the likes of E.ON and Octopus because AFAIK there isn't a manufacturer supported way of interacting with the vehicle via an API.
The tentacled supplier can make use of Ohme EVSEs as a workaround for unsupported cars. Hopefully E.ON will look at this.
Ideally, when smart EVSEs were mandated, they would have also mandated a common open API so that everything could be done through the EVSE, not the car with many more variables.
