Cant create a online account

    I cant create a online account to pay and Im getting £20 collection fees added. I have not recieved a bill to pay and got both these letters at the same time, they have a 7 day difference on their dates.

    No email is coming threw from trying to sign up, no one has replied to my emails, I have emailed ceo and unhappy email and still no reply.

    I was on Npower and never miss my bills or payments and this bill is double what it should be.

    How do I get a online account and appeal these fees as I dont see how I can be hit with fees for not paying when I have not even recieved a bill. I also see alot of others having same issue and still nothing is done. Why have they not fixed this?

    What do I do?

    ps it let me create a account here real quick but no email from them for creating a account to pay them.

    I am aware this is a really old thread however I just wanted to provide some advice on this in case anyone comes across the same issue in future.

    To log in to your online account you will need to have an email address associated with your account. If you don't then please contact an energy specialist and they will add this for you. Once you have an email address on your account use this to log in online using this link E.ON Next Log In. If it's your first time you will need to set up a password 😊

    Some things to try if you're having trouble logging in:
    - Check the email address you are logging in with matches what's on our system
    - Check you are using the correct password
    - If you're using a VPN turn it off as you may not be able to log in while using this
    - Clear all your cookies and cache on your device
    - Try another browser or device
    - Request a password reset

    If this all fails you can get in touch with an energy specialist and they will be able to help you further 😊

    Hi,

    For this one, I would probably recommend resolving this over the phone as that's likely to be the fastest way to get it all sorted out. The forum is separate and the accounts created on here only exist on the forum, there's no account sync or single sign-on features with the main system.

    @Rickyssound you will get a quicker response if you contact them on Twitter (and possibly Facebook). My recent complaint via their unhappy email was completely ignored. But my complaint on Twitter was dealt with in the space of an hour or so.

    I agree, I signed up on Twitter because I don't have a facebook account for security reasons. Twitter PM worked for me like magic, believe it or not!
