We are having the same problem with my wife’s Enyaq. I manage to get the app to perform a test charge but after the five minutes it just show “test charge” at the top of the screen. I then have to shut the app down and re enter. At this point it just says connection error and won’t retry the connection. @Lee_EONNext , I think you have been emailing my wife to support through the process. If this is you, I mailed earlier today with a number of screenshots taken whilst trying to resolve.

I'm doing some digging to see what kind of support I can offer here, however the advice I'm getting is for you guys to email the team who are working the testing as everything is being directed through them.
How are things with you now are they sorted or still the same issue?

I think they are sorted, we’re leaving the car on overnight as that is when the schedule is set for, I can’t see any way of changing it. Think patience is needed with the app as it’s not too responsive in its refresh of info. Thanks for messaging though.

Good Evening, potentially yes, I've done my far share of beta testing and at first there are issues, however this is why it's being tested etc.

yes agree about beta and why it gets tested. We obviously see some benefits from being part of the program.
The charge the night before last to 80% worked perfectly, but last night we changed in app to 90% because of a higher mileage day but the car only charged to 80% again. Is this because the car is set to 80%?
Remove any reference to the car in the OHME system ? I tried to charge my car at my firends house with an OHME and no matter what we did it wouldn't charge because her car was at 99%. So I reckon you need to deny OHME any knowledge of your vehicle.
