Morning @Robathome Just logged on to both my online account and app with no problem.
Make sure you are using the email address and password registered on your account.
If by chance you are using a password manager try entering both your email address and password manually. If that fails clear the cache for both app and browser, and enter your email address and password manually again.
Should that also fail you can always submit readings via email to hi@eonnext.com .

@Robathome - this has been discussed before and one possibility is that there may be hidden characters in your entered password string, particularly if it's being populated by a password manager (hence @WizzyWigg suggesting manual entry)
Even a trailing space which isn't obvious is still a valid character, so eon may be rejecting the password as it doesn't match the original (without the space) ... Though any developer worth his weight should trim leading & trailing spaces before validation.
There can also be inconsistencies between machines on the way they handle hidden line-end characters ...
On Windows machines a line-end is carriage return/line feed hex:0d0a whereas on Unix based machines (MacOS: Linux etc) the line end is just a line feed hex:0a - so there's always a possibility a password manager is populating the field with one of these hidden characters not being handled/trimmed correctly
Tried on a desktop PC rather than phone and that worked, same user, same password. Thanks for the help
Brilliant news ๐. Sounds like something on your phone is either changing or interfering with login details.
Just a long shot. Try completely shutting down your phone (power off completely), switch back on. Check for any updates and if any, install them. Clear all caches and cookies. Particularly as cookies can cause login problems. See if that helps.

Great news:๐- I reckon the fault is still somewhere with EOn's password validation on mobile devices (rather than the phone itself), since this crops up quite frequently on this forum.
People only seem to get the problem with EOn and not when logging on to other accounts.
