Just to make you all aware there's some maintenance on Smart Pay As You Go: Sunday 23rd February 2025 7am - 9am
This means that E.ON Next smart pay as you go customers won't be able to top up online, over the app or at the shop between these times as top up's will be disabled. You should not go off supply during this time due to friendly hours.
If you need to top up - please top up before or remember to top up by 9am on Monday, to avoid disconnection when friendly hours end.
