We have recently launched the Direct Debit Tool on the app for residential customers!
What does this mean?
All eligible fixed Direct Debit customers will be able to see personalised breakdowns and visual insights into how their Direct Debit payments are calculated!
How does it work? If you are a Fixed Direct Debit customer, you will be able to:
Understand how your payments have been calculated
Have more knowledge around your average monthly usage
Learn more about how to get to your recommended balance
We hope with the release of the app, this provides our customers with more information around our payment adequacy processes and managing direct debits!
I don't use or even have the app, can there be a web based version please?
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
Morning @HelenaP_EONNext Supposedly had this tool in version 1.12.4368 14/01/2025. Unfortunately is still not obviously visible. 😞 I'm on a fixed DD. Is this something that is gradually being phased in or is there more to the eligibility?
