I've just received a statement from Eon which includes over £700 worth of reversed account charges on my electricity payments, meaning my account is now over £900 in credit.
I've always provided regular meter readings so it can't be correcting previously estimated bills.
Obviously if it's not a mistake then I'm delighted. Any idea what's caused this?
