i don’t dispute that the information was out there somewhere, just that I hadn’t heard of it. We’re in the unaffected group but active forum members so if we didn’t know ( You might have known) the communication hasn’t been that good.

t think the official position changed about 4 weeks ago. Clearly they didn’t publicise it that much , perhaps that would keep the pressure on customers to accept a smart replacement.

Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and think the smart meter programme is a waste of our money. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
