Hi @

My experience has been that the eon app isn't the best and gaps in usage are far from uncommon but there are a few things that you can check. On the 'Comms Hub' above the electric meter there should be 4 green lights that flash about every 5 seconds, SW WAN HAN and GAS. If the GAS is flashing then that suggests that the gas meter is communicating.
You can also take Gas meter readings from the IHD, the meter only sends a reading every 30 minutes so take readings a few hours apart. If you can see that the meter reading has changed then your meter is working. If you have the Chameleon IHD, tap 'OK', then the right arrow until you get to 'Meter Information' then tap 'OK'. Tap the fuel icon to switch to gas.
Quite a few of us use a third party app called Bright, by Hildebrand. If you want to monitor usage and costs it is far superior to the eonnext app, it updates significantly faster and shows usage down to 30 minutes but you will need to allow 30 minute readings in your eonnext account.
I think that it's most likely that the lack of Gas usage is down to eonnext and their app rather than the meter but if you can carry out the couple of checks that I've mentioned then this should confirm this.
Let us know how you get on.
