I've been trying to get this sorted for a month now, via mail, and now WhatsApp, whenever I enquire about an update I just get another person saying they'll pass it on to their smart team.
This seems a simple fix to me after some online searching?
My smets 2 meter turns on my storage heaters(old manual type), circuit at 23:30, an hour before the cheaper night rate begins at 00:30, checked this on actual meter.
As far as I can work out the ALCS ( Auxiliary Load Control Switch) just needs remotely updated?
They have even eventually said a couple of times they'd send an update, but nothing.
You get the feeling they just keep telling you any old nonsense in the hope you give up, but at the moment it's costing over £1.10 extra, every night, because of this.
I've had the GMT/BST excuse, and 2 hour tolerance etc, I'm I wrong this is simple to 'fix'?
I hope you're well? I am sorry to hear your query hasn't been resolved yet and I would love to get this sorted for you.
I have popped you a dm just to get a few details from you so I can have a look into this for you and maybe reach out to our smart team to confirm if this can be fixed remotely. 😊
The Future of energy is Renewable 🍃 So let's work this out together! ✨
