My smart meter readings are not going through (since July) and I am emailing regularly but Eon do not reply. The meter is under a cupboard top in the kitchen and very inaccessible so it’s difficult to read. When I do access it I can’t figure out what readings are which either (economy 7). So I just don’t know where I am with my bills as they are all estimated . I don’t know if my home display is correct either. .

I am sorry to hear you're having issues with your smart meters and I may need to pop you a dm so I can get a couple of details from yourself and look into this for you.
Now if you have an Economy 7 meter you will be looking for two readings - one showing as Rate 1 and another showing as Rate 2. If the meter is blank, sometimes you may need to press a button to wake up the meter and scroll through the screens. If you're unsure of this, then just send us a picture and I can surely send you some instructions.
