I moved into my new house at the weekend. Eon Next supply the gas and electric. I have tried to set up an online account with Eon 4 times. I have emailed Eon Next had no response.
Each time I have gone to "get a quote" completed all my personal details, property details and filled in direct debit form. When I get to the end and tick terms and conditions and click confirm it just stops.
How do I set up an account and register for payments?
Can someone help? This seems way more difficult than it should be.
If you go to the help box at the top of screen and then click through to Eon Next help, then click on the moving home box and then moving in you may (only may!) have more success. Perhaps getting a quote is more suitable for somebody already with a supplier to their home. Movers in are automatically put onto Next flex variable tariff, and you''ll be belter off on a fix.
Current Eon Next customer, ex EDF, Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.
