We are launching our new Next Reward Days Fixed 12m tariff!
Do you have a smart meter?
On our new Next Reward Days Fixed 12m tariff, SMART customers will be rewarded free electricity for three days between 24th, 25th and 26th December 2024! During these days, customers' electric unit rates and standing charges will change to £0! ✨
Who is eligible for the tariff?
Customers must manage their account online, have a smart meter and consent to half hourly data collection to ensure they are getting their exact electric usage for free.
If customers have a smart meter that may have lost communication, the usage would be estimated for the period of time for the free usage days.
For customers who do not have a smart meter, the Next Fixed 12m v35 tariff is priced the same as the Next Reward Days Fixed 12m v1 tariff. However customers will not receive the three free days.
You can check your available tariffs and apply to the Next Reward Days Fixed 12m tariff via your online account!
Exit Fee
This tariff includes an exit fee of ÂŁ50 per fuel if you change supplier before your tariff end date.
