Hi, I’m currently on variable rate and just been offered the 18mv4 which works out cheaper. I can see that there is exit fees if I switch provider but does anyone know that if I were to change back to variable would I incur fees. Thanks
Afternoon @Nanny If it says exit fees are only if you change provider then you'll not incur fees switching Eon Next tariffs. I've switched between fixed and variable a few times.
@WizzyWigg

just a little confused that when I click on fill terms it states something different
@Nanny I'm going to see if one of the Nexties can throw some light on this if they're around. @Connor_EONNext there is some confusion on this. One section says no fees if you don't change supplier and another says there are.
The exit fees only apply to external switches so supplier to supplier, if it was internally it would 100% say on the snippet @WizzyWigg has shared.
If the above tariff works out better for you it might be worth having a chat around managing the direct debit, seeing if we can increase it etc.
Have you contacted customer service at all?
Thanks

Morning @Lee_EONNext Thanks for your update. I hope you don't mind me saying that the wording in the extra information section is a little confusing and could be off putting to many. 👴
@Lee_EONNext Thank you for your reply. It just seemed confusing how it was worded. I wasn’t sure if it meant exit fees if I swapped mid term to a different tariff with EON. I was only sent it yesterday so will call tomorrow to be certain. The 18mv4 is only £10 per month cheaper at the moment on my direct debit but the rates are lower so I feel it’s worth fixing even if just for the winter. Once again thank you so much
