Obviously if the rates are lower then it makes sense, however when the next couple of price caps come, will this be higher or lower? you wouldn't be able to opt back in.
I've done a search on Google and the announcement for the next price cap will be on the 25th of November. This will take effect on January 1st. I'm not able to advise on if you should switch or stay on the tariff however if it's cheaper at the moment, I would consider this and the price caps.
Maybe some community members have a view on this, as they don't work for Eon Next they might be able to give you a slightly different response?
@WizzyWigg any thoughts?

@Nanny It's difficult for me to say yes switch or stay because If I was to cause you financial detriment, I would be mortified personally and in trouble with my Manager @Anasa_EONNext 😉
However, I can give you all the facts/figures and you can use that to make a decision. There is nothing stopping you changing this time next year if the prices were to come down, with no exit fee.
I would just keep an eye on things and see how they progress. I hope this has helped you, it's been a pleasure speaking to you.
@Nanny It's a pleasure, honestly. There are lots of members on here who will step in before us moderators anyway, sometimes it's good to speak to several people about something. When the announcement is made there should be some posts on the Community that will get people talking 100%
