Hi, I moved home last Thursday 17th and took my EON services with me. I did however have to call up on the very same day to get them transferred as a previous transfer request wasn't fulfilled for some reason. I was also told over the phone that my new account at my new address would then be linked to my old account at my old address.
Since then I've been completely unable to log in to my account on both the website and on the app. I'm not using a VPN and am based in the UK.
On the website, it accepts my username and password (which were working first thing in the morning of Thursday 17th), shows a loading spinner very briefly before just showing a completely blank page that never loads anything.
On the app, after entering the username and password it then states I've been logged out, like in the attached image.
Need some assistance here on how to solve this issue, its almost as if my account has been completely deleted.

I've not received any emails at all since moving address, and resetting password doesn't send anything to me either (also checked junk mail).

Best thing to do is contact Customer Services, I'm sure they will be able to help you. Being primarily a customer to customer forum there's no access to your accounts.
