Hi. I used to be able to check my day and night meter readings but now find that the meter isn't showing them. Also, EON are telling me that I haven't submitted a reading for over a month. This is odd because my meter is set to provide half hourly readings. I've just changed tariff. I wonder if this is the cause of the problem
When you say 'meter isn't showing them', do you mean your IHD or your actual electricity meter?
On the Comms Hub above your electricity meter which lights are flashing and how often?

Hi Andy65 and thanks for your response. I'm referring to the actual meter; there is a red light which flashes about every 5 seconds and a series of green lights which also flash every 5 seconds. There are 5 green lights; of these, numbers 1, 2 and 4 are the ones that flash. Numbers 3 and 5 do nothing. See attached photo with the lights highlighted. Thank you!!
its possible that the meter requires new tariff information.
although you might be sending half hourly reads, these are not used for billing - those require a request from your supplier and a response to be received. The reasons for billing pulls not working correctly are many and various. You should submit manual readings, if you can extract them, until your supplier can rectify.

Thank you, that clarifies things for me. I have recently changed tariff; currently in discussion with EON as they are not collecting night unit data at the moment
