Just to make you all aware there's some planned maintenance on Smart Pay As You Go:
Saturday 3 August 2024 8.PM - Sunday 4 August 2024 2.AM
This means that E.ON Next smart pay as you go customers won't be able to top up between this time. You should not go off supply during this time due to friendly hours.
If you need to top up please top up before or remember to top up by 9am Monday, to avoid disconnection when friendly hours end.
