Priority Services Register 📃
We have recently updated our thread Priority Services Register: What is it and how do I get added? Take a look to keep updated with the latest information around the PSR and what support is available!
Did you know customers on the Priority Service Register (PSR) may be eligible for a FREE gas safety check? Check out the thread E.ON Next free gas safety checks for vulnerable customers by the lovely @DebF_EONNext to find out more and see if you meet the criteria!
@DebF_EONNext has also created a poll via thread E.ON Next Poll - How much do you know about the Priority Service Register? For customers and members to provide their input so we have a better understanding of people's knowledge and experience around the PSR!
Bereavement
We understand that bereavements can be a difficult time and we want to ensure everyone is being provided with the correct advice and support during this time. Our lovely @Han_EONNext posted the thread Meet Milly - a helping hand when it comes to bereavement to provide more information around the bereavement process and advise that we partnered with @Milly_EONNEXT from our bereavement team!
@Milly_EONNEXT also introduced themselves via thread Hello everyone! and to provide a bit of background around their team! Head over and say hello or to ask any questions!
